Exchanges and Returns:

For orders placed from December 15th, on the occasion of Christmas, any return or replacement requests will be handled starting from January 7th.

The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order (30 days for orders placed from December 1st to December 31st).
The exchange or return can only be made if the item received has not been used and is in perfect condition (including the original packaging intact in all its parts).

In Italy, return shipping is free and takes place with the collection of our courier, for all other countries the return shipment is at the customer's expense.

Free shipping is valid for the first exchange, further new exchanges are at the customer's expense.

The return request must be made by e-mail indicating the order number and then filling out the form for the management of the return received by e-mail.

Once the return procedure has been initiated, the end customer undertakes to reseal the product in its original packaging where possible or in a similar one that can guarantee its integrity during transport; Ottica Nacci will be responsible for collecting the returned product by an appointed courier within the next 24/48 hours.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
